Pricing Guide:

Every project is unique and different. Below are general guidelines that will help you understand what you receive when you hire us to design your print project. Please be aware that some projects require more work so the cost of design will be higher than someone else cost due to more scans, multiple revisions, and constant text changes.
All items come with 2 optional free of charge scans, 1 comp, and 2 revisions. A revision can also serve as a comp. Contact one of our reps today to go over design charges for your project.

An hourly fee of $75/hour or a $50 per revision may be added to the base price after the 2 final revisions have been made, per project.

Typesetting charges are included in the basic price, as long as the customer provides an electronic file with the content and no further typesetting needs to be made. Please be aware that there is additional fees to have us type your copy into design. Text changes qualify as revisions.

HOW TO APPROVE DESIGN

Proofs will be submitted to the customer online for approval. No design project will go to press without your approval. Our online proofs are available for free and are the best ways to ensure accuracy. We will also send a proof via fax or hard copy if requested. Please keep in mind that all these proofs do not guarantee color match. If your job is dependent on color consistency you will need to order a match print ($35 avg. Fee varies depending on the type of print job).

Email proofs are available as JPG or PDF files. Email proofs are useful for viewing the placement of graphics and text but should not be relied on for color fidelity. This is usually the best option when you are in a rush or you are not concerned with color variation.

Fax proofs are available if you are not able to access our email proofing system. Fax proofs are used for viewing placement of graphics and text. No information about color reproduction is available with a fax proof.
