CMYK vs RGB

All your designs must be in CMYK color mode. In photoshop you can view which mode you are in by viewing the top of theimage you are working on. To switch to CMYK goto - Image>>Mode>>>CMYK

Some filters will not work in CMYK which is why some designers design in RGB. Pleae keep in mind colors are darker and flushed out after converted to CMYK. Please correct your colors before submitting in artwork if you do design in RGB.

BLEEDS

It is important that all your designs have bleed. A bleed means that your design is all the way to the edge.

NO BLEED - INCORRECT click on image for larger view Without the bleed your design will have an uneven white border

BLEED - CORRECT click on image for larger view With bleed your design will get cut down the way you want

BORDERS

Borders are sometimes difficult to gaurantee on our economy runs because they are run with other jobs and not separeate. Please keep in mind that some broders might be off a 1/16.

OUTLINE TEXT IN ILLUSTRATOR

Pleas outline all your text or else the font will not come out like what you wanted.
